Even if it is nice to get auto files to change settings, it is better to do yourself, and it is easy, NVIDIA has ansel, you can do everything this does, and AMD has its overlay as well. At least in that way you do not have to attach an other process to the game, witch can have more performance impact than doing it via drivers.
it would be an absurdity to be kicked out because we're trying to make the game look better than they were and yet that would mean throwing out a few hundred people using reshade and other mods
Ye I absolutely agree. It needs to be allowed. Playing the game with vanilla aesthetics looks like trash. To be honest I think more then a couple hundred people are using mods and Reshade considering the total player base is about 1 million.
I've been keeping an eye on updates about this subject and been looking into what people are saying on reddit. Cheat Engine has been proven to cause bans for sure which is a good thing. That's the reason we see unstable servers. The problem is I have not seen many people voice to Bethesda that we want Reshade to be allowed. We need to be a little more active about that. Also Cheat Engine uses a similar injection method as Reshade so that's a big concern :(
this mode does not change the color saturation. only brightness and certain details I need to know exactly, what video card and what monitor Low Setings Recomaded Video Card 1050 ti 4gb 1060 3gb r9 280 3gb rx 460 4gb rx 560 4gb 1080p 45 to 60 fps
Medium Seings. Mi Setings 1060 oc 6gb rx 470 4gb rx 570 4gb r9 290 4gb
1440p 45 to 60 fps
High Preset gtx 1070 rx 480 rx 580
Ultra preset gtx 1080 gtx 1080 ti rx 590 rx vega
the best solution is to put the monitor on the user presset and from there to adjust the colors you like all monitors tested until now , to all friends tend to saturate the colors too much on gaming mode
Somehow I get increased saturation, a lot, ultra is unplayable, I play on low. I have 1080ti. Can u give me your email so I can send you screenshots, O love your mod, I hate the bluriness of the game but the saturation is too high. Can u pm me for email if you dont want to leave it hereThanks
That could work, but to decide to even download it, comparison shots could help everyone to decide. Also, it NEEDS comparison shots for the different settings of low, medium, high and ultra. I have no idea which one I would even want, and this game is very troublesome to reboot to retry over and over.
Hey just a tip, for reshade pages you probably want tons more pictures. before and afters, comparisons of different versions, etc. will all help people decide whether or not to download
Doesn't let me login into my account when using the Re-shade mod... I had to uninstall it to go past the login screen because i can't launch the game from the bethesda launcher and i got to do it from the game folder and login manually. It's definetly this mod as i can login just normal once i uninstal it .
Ok, thank you. I also noticed in your Fallout 76 profile folder (Profile.ini) that the file path was set to a Program Files path. I have updated my Profile.ini to match my install location as I never install my games or launchers to program files, ever. Maybe should add a bit in your description on how to change this, assuming it's being utilized?
ProfilePath:C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Fallout76.exe D:\Games \Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Fallout76.exe something like that, I do not know exactly. It should work anyway.something yellow appears that says the game is not in the place where it's supposed to be
I am aware of that, I changed mine to "C:\Users\User\Desktop\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Fallout76.exe" because that is where I have my game and launcher installed.

I don't see why not, all it does is change some graphical settings. But never to give and advantage to anyone.
