I don't play FO76 anymore so I stopped modding it and I won't start playing or modding it again any time soon. However, I will "upgrade" my mods to my current skill level in the next few days. Future mods will most likely no longer be made explicitly for FO76 and will just be ports of my FO4 projects.
There might be a bug with the Snow Camo and "09 Tac-Stock Expanded" from your other mod Screaming Eagle Overhaul. Even with "Screaming Eagle Overhaul Tac-Stock Patch" the stock is using the Aqua Camo skin. I tested it with the Desert Camo, and there everything worked.
This cannot be seen unless you inspect the weapon or use photo mode, but if you have time consider having a look.
I made a new, better Tac-Stick for the screaming eagle overhaul, will upload the new version these days, all camo skins will also be updated, in the new version the bug will be fixed.
One suggestion though: In the future consider to put all variants into separate files instead of bundling them together into one file. Especially if you use a mod manager like "Fallout 76 Quick Configuration" the installation process is much easier. As a side effect you can easy track wich is the most popular variant by looking at the number of downloads.
Yes, that's what I meant! It looks like "Forest" and "Snow" are the most popular (both 11 downloads) so far. (Without my download "Forest" would be the uncontested most popular variant.)
Now we only need to figure out what to do with this information...
