here is what the fo76custom ini says [Pipboy] nfQuickBoyEffectColorR=0.0 nfQuickBoyEffectColorG=0.6667 nfQuickBoyEffectColorB=1.0 the files aren't read only so the program shouldn't have any issue making any changes EDIT Below is the format i copied over from ectos1 seems that your spacing is off between the values and the =symbol also it seems to have an N added to the front of it i am using notepad++ if that helps anyone else who is confused
?also the hud is hardcoded unfortunately, only the quickboy and pipboy colours can be changed at the moment.
Have a Look at This Mod Here, It allows the changing of the HUD UI Colours Individually!

No Tampering with the Pref.ini. Just Need to use Notepad++ Or Another Software that can run XML and Your fine. If you need help they have a discord too!
How do I uninstall this?? I tried a bunch of things, including reinstalling the game TWICE and it still won't go away. EDIT: Nevermind, it was in the .ini in the My Games folder.
can you make a mod to change the HUD to all green like it is in fallout 4 and other colour options as well a lot of people loved that feature in fallout 4 don't know why bethesda didn't just allow it for fallout 76 too its just colour lol!
might be possible i remember FO4 had config options for it in bilagos configurator EDIT it is possible add the below to your fo76 custom file with whatever color you want changed you are probably able to modify the vats colors as well but thats is a different hunt
its a false positive due to using https://www.pyinstaller.org/ The source can be found here (to show its not malicious https://github.com/runew0lf/Pipbot-Color-Changer
I couldn't ever get this to work right for me, so I just had to turn off the file shield all together for a few minutes. Once it was turned off, I was able to open PCC, then turn the file shield back on.
You can use this website (below) to find the RGB values of any color you want then type the values into the PIPBOY COLOR CHANGER you've just downloaded. I find it makes it much easier to get the exact color you want. The website has colors grouped by similar colors.
