The process of converting this to work with Fallout 4 is quite simple, you simply have to extract the textures from the material file, then use them to make material file which uses the Fallout 4 file version of the mateterial file type, in other words, extract the textures from the material file to make a new material file with the extrracted textures, this process should work with Fallout 4's older engine, iirc that should work
Was interested in getting this mod, but by looking at the screenshots, it seems alittle to bright of a background in my taste. But it is nicely done though~
If you make one that is not so brightly backlite, I will take a second look at this mod, but as for now, I will have to pass on it.
I could look into making it darker, but it might lose some quality too then. Thank you for your comment though, I appreciate it and will look into it. ^^
* Edit: Looked into it, and uploaded a "darker version"! I was maybe thinking of changing the glass later too so it looks as dark as the texture, since the texture is really dark by default, but you can't see that in the screenshots since the Pip-Boy screen change depending on light source and a screen texture makes it appear lighter than it actually is.
There's mods out there that makes the screen darker too. Anyways, feel free to try out the new version, or the first one if you want to give it a go. The first version might look darker for you in-game. :3
I'm sure you are mistaken. Aside from the fact I found no issues, this mod doesn't modify the same files as Better Inventory. As such an incompatibility is unlikely.

(And yes, I'm sure I used the "normal" version, not the darker version.)
Would it be possible to an an brighter version?
In that it prevents some of the UI changes from working (Like the keyring for example)
