   I think people have not done tattoo's as they will be on all male/female character's even other players. I would have uploaded the port of a tattoo I made from Fallout 4, but the mod author never got back to me.

      I agree but, I saved my original skin file so, If i get tired of it, I can always put it back again!

      These are old Sailor Jerry tattoos. So I modded them to fit and faded them to look natural. Glad you like!
