New Worlds update changed the name of the main menu song to MUS_Special_MainTheme.xwm After extracting with Archive2, renaming the song, compiling and loading up the game it works again.
Fallout76.ini in the game directory has a main menu song variable that we can change, that "might" work for people without Archive2 access (change it to "MUS_Special_BOS_MainTheme.xwm" as that is the old name the mod uses.
To anyone trying to get this to work, if you followed the ini instructions in the comments its most likely working - it just plays after the BOS theme plays for about 50 seconds.
I added this to FO76 Quick Configuration to make it easier but basically they renamed the intro music file *again* so we need to tell the game which file to use.
Add this to your Fallout76Custom.ini: [General] sMainMenuMusic=Data\Music\Special\MUS_Special_BOS_MainTheme.xwm
No matter what I do, I CANNOT get this to work on Steam. I've tried every ini change I could find, and even tried forcing the song directly into the SeventySix files. I have no idea why, and I'm very close to giving up. I just want Country Roads to greet me when I open the game. :C

To fix that, as well, use this!
