i hoped so, but from my experience in fallout 4 modding, 1st person ADS zoom is controlled by your currently equipped sight and not by any INI command.
I can see how this can be very helpful with certain play-styles, but I wish there was a way to actually keep the ADS zoom when using custom camera settings.
Disabling the bApplyCameraNodeAnimations setting under [Camera] breaks ADS zoom, but this is necessary because it is the only way to make custom camera settings take effect. This used to not happen before the Wastelanders update.
oh well I just felt like fDefaultWorldFOV is somewhat obsolete since there's an in-game slider for it now, unless you can set it higher than 120 with that command. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to add a little tidbit about it
