Description
This mods changes the video background in the menu for Stell reign official cover.
There is also a music replacer as optionnal file.
Setup
You should use Baka File Tool to build an archive if you want to install the mod manually but I recommend to use Fallout 76 Quick Configuration's mod manager.
If you want to install manually, only the music replacer should be packed in an archive. The video must stay as loose file (FO76 quick configuration detects it and do it automatically)
If the original music plays instead of the mod one, it might be because you skip the "Bethesda please stand by" intro video too fast, or you edited your INI config file to not even display it.
This can be avoided by editing your Fallout76Custom.ini in C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76 and writing :
sMainMenuMusic=music\special\mus_special_steelreign_custom.xwm
under the [General] tab.
If the file doesn't exist just created it.
You can also use Fallout 76 Quick Configuration to edit the Fallout76Custom.ini file
