Replaces some the armors of the Vagabonds with more modern stuff made by other Fallout modders.

Replaces the attire of the Vagabonds with more modern attire. I've uploaded the esps (flagged as ESL) separately so you can pick and choose if you don't like all the changes.
The flat caps were left in place for lore friendly purposes. I also made no edits to the weapons.
