   With the update would it be fine to replace the previous or would a new game be required?

   What would be the advantage of using this over Be Exceptional? Seems like they do pretty much the same thing. Could you elaborate a bit more on the differences?

      its a direct port of fnv skills which is a fo4 mod that remakes faithfully the new vegas leveling system, perks, and skills. It's different to be exceptional and offers its own thing
