Simple mod that removes Jimmy Hats from Fallout London

While I really don't mind spicier content in my Fallout (I have no problem with the Frontier, which was never really very spicy to begin with), it bugged the hell outta me that Jimmy Hats are a consumable??? And they increase rad resist???
And don't feed me that "You put them on and they protect your junk from the rads" nonsense. I always play as a girl, and those things would have gone off and disintegrated 150 years ago anyways.
So I decided to simply swap them out with Iodine Candies. They're functionally the same, but I kinda like the idea that maybe some pre war company made Iodine Candies as a way for parents to make their kids take their iodine in the case of bombs dropping.
