I'm rather proud of this little settlement so I decided to share it with those who might want it. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this settlement/player home - it has just enough food, water and defence to keep the 7 settlers there happy that come with it when you acquire it.
At first I had no idea what to even build on London Bridge; and then I thought 'Why don't I build my home under it?' And so began a long annoying process of building a player home and peasant settler quarters underneath the bridge.
The player home has pretty much all storage needs you could want and a balcony which looks out to Tower Bridge (shame the LOD's suck). It can also be further extended out if you want to. I might later on but for now I'm happy with it how it is :)
How to install:
First install Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints and its requirements. Then while in game use the Transfer Settlements Holotape (you might have to craft it at a chemistry station) - highly recommend reading the 'Importing Settlements' instructions on that mods page.
I would recommend saving your own settlement through the Holotape first into Slot 2, then if you don't like mine you can Nuke it and import yours back in.
