I'm using basic leather armor and getting one-shot by Pipe Rifles (.32). Playing in Survival difficulty. Is this intended?
Outgoing damage is reasonable, 2-6 shots to human enemies. I do have the 'Rat Lab` perk (+30% incoming damage), but still would be getting two-shot at most without it.
No matter what I do, I cannot get this mod to work -- I don't have Munitions added and I don't have True Damage or Scourge. What other information could I provide to try to troubleshoot this? I'm using MO2.
I improperly installed RobCo Patcher (it needed to be manually placed in my F4SE directory) 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
I'm not accustomed to manual downloads so I want to ask if you mean you cut/copy-paste the files into \GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout London\Data\F4SE\plugins or something else?
I haven't installed this mod yet, but I really like to play with energy weapons, can the author tell me what changes have occurred in it? And also what will happen to the weapon damage perks. will they become useless?
Might want to define what damage actually is. i.e. is it based on speed? The .45-70 and that Brown Bear with the crushed skull would like to know... :D
.45-70 damage has been fixed in the latest version
Damage is based on a combination of factors of mass, velocity, and how much it hurts if it hits the flesh, fired from a shoulder weapon typically a rifle or a submachine gun. Fit to the health values in my other mod.

You recommended a perk mod, but I think FOLON uses skills to adjust damage?
BTW, there is a caliber based Synthesis patch for FO4 which is great; it also mods down the receivers so that they have some game effect.
I have Guns and Explosives, Hardcore Health, RobCo Patcher, Calibre for FOLON and Hardcore Health in that order.
FOLON Gear Expansion requires it
