I use the ingame weather control device ,it helps alot with the weather outside. For ppl who dint know about, use "bat vivid" command and you recieve the device
In general, when modding Fallout (or most Beth games) the "xx" at the beginning of an ID in a guide is a placeholder for the Load Order prefix. In my case 07, in yours 0B, someone with a different load order will have a different prefix.
The "Clear up Exterior Weather" (LondonWeatherClearer.esp) optional plugin in 0.0.3 (under archived files) does this. I removed in 0.0.4 because it will probably conflict with other weather mods or even the built in weather "modder", Bimo. Though I've had no issues myself.
Why on earth would you want to ruin Londons atmosphere like this? Whyyyyy? lololol I keep reaching for the console to load up the foggy weather, whenever it isn't present, because London. Way to kill all of the immersion lol.
The Clean Air Act (1956?) that was brought in after the Great Smog of 1952 killed several thousand people in London greatly reduced the frequency and intensity of the classic Dickensian polluted fogs; you'd have to go back to the early-1960s for the last time they were a regular occurrence at anything like the frequency or density they traditionally were in the old stories.
That's sort of what I did in v0.0.1. But it's very brute force and very likely to break future mods.
Instead, I've updated the plugin to include a recipe to craft the BIMO Weather Control Holotape. This will open up several options for the weather including several "Clear" ones!
thanks! the only problem i have rn is that when i toggle the flashl... pardon me, the Torch, to on, the fog appears again, i toggle it off, fog is gone xD at least indoors. https://imageshack.com/i/poh6uO3ip https://imageshack.com/i/poKQRzvxp its the st. alfedges church. i check if its in other locations too idk if its a combination of mods i have, but could be a thing you have to look into.
A lot of people have issues with FPS in London, idk what they did but its really unstable and unconsistant.
What you can try is, install ENB Series 420, Buffout 4, Loadingspeed, HighFPS, Baka, these will help you a lot. You can also watch some vids on youtube to find the best settings for each on of these to help get the best performance.
I've stopped playing London because its too unstable right now since it just launched 2 days ago, but i'll return after they did some bug fixes and perfomances stability patches. Even tho, its a really good DLC mod.
The first thing I did was dial it back from HD. By default the Folon settings are 1920x1080 with several other hardware intense settings. I'm on a potato so that simply wasn't going to fly.
I dialed my resolution all the way back to 1366x768, which is admittedly pretty low res. I also went through and scales lod, decals, grass, etc back a bit.
Basically, have a look at your Fallout4Prefs.ini and fallout4.ini, these define the game's settings. iSize H & W in *prefs for instance is the resolution. But there are a lot of other tweaks you can make in here to improve performance. For instance treelod, grassfade, max decals, decallifetime (how long do bullet impact marks remain, in seconds), etc in *prefs or bNvGodRaysEnabled=0 (turns off god rays) in fo4.ini, etc.
Some of these can be set in the splash screen or in-game settings, but most can only be changed here.
Obviously don't mess with anything you're unsure of, but much of it is self explanatory. Of course, you're sacrificing pretty for fps so up to you how agressive to be.

Um, stop using resolution as your magic fix. Resolution should be the last thing you change to again performance, and if you do, try the upscaler mod or use ENB to sharpen the image back.
I never said it was a magic fix, I said it was the first thing *I* did. I know what I'm dealing with, quite literally, a potato. No amount of upscaling or enb or even buffout for that matter is going to make up for an intel hd620 *iGpu* paired with an i5-7200u. My bottlenecks have bottlenecks! Lol
The fact that I can get fo4 let alone this mod halfway stable near 30fps is sadly, very impressive.

Found it with `help bimo 4`

Nothing changes for me, unless the interior fog in the Swan and Mitre or the Hound is not affected.
I am cool with exterior fog but it gets old when every interior looks like a rave is about to start.
The other 3 included plugins are optional.
For beginners Vortex is slightly better as it hooks directly into this site similar to other in game store fronts
Edit: I found it myself (Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\plugins)
It won't do anything in the F4SE folder.
For manual install you'll also need to add it to your plugins.txt file (usually located in c:/.../my documents/my games/Fallout 4/)

Or rather, 0.0.2 is split it into 3 optional plugins. Fog, mist and weather wrapped in an fomod installer.
Edit: 0.0.4 on up removes weather and adds the base game weather control holotape to the Chem station recipes.
