I currently have very little free time and really appreciate if you do your research first before asking your questions below. I expect you to have read the description page (and relevant articles) first. I will not answer questions that arise from ignoring those resources.
Above you can find the "Search comments" function, specific to the posts section. Also, you always have the option of using your browser's search function (CTRL+F) to search any other page on this mod site for answers. If that doesn't lead to a satisfactory result, post your question below. Other users may also be able to answer them.

I wish you a good time and thank you for your support.

I use ECO, the FallUI series, and Complex Item Sorter. Combat rifle instances are being tagged with both the [Rifle] and [CombatRifle] tags (E.g. [Rifle] [CombatRifle] Combat Rifle | Automatic). Combat rifle names display correctly everywhere except in the HUD. The [CombatRifle] tag is being displayed when I hover my crosshair over a combat rifle.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is ECO supposed to be adding both tags? If so then is this a bug with FallUI HUD?

ECO has no influence on item tagging and names.

The problem goes away if I disable the ECO Patcher plugin for Complex Item Sorter and regenerate my sorter ESP. Any idea what the problem might be?

And it reappears if you re-enable ECO's patcher plugin and regenerate your sorter plugin again?

I tested with the following mods enabled:

      • Equipment and Crafting Overhaul (ECO) - Fallout London Edition
      • Equipment and Crafting Overhaul (ECO) - Redux
      • FallUI - HUD
      • FallUI - Icon Library
      • FIS - The NEW FallUI Item Sorter
      • M8r98a4f2's Complex Item Sorter
      • Mod Configuration Menu

      I followed these steps:

      • I started a new game without "M8r Complex Sorter.esp" enabled
      • I played until I picked up the Atta-boy
      • I made a hard save
      • I used the console to add a combat rifle to my inventory (additem 070d94e2)
      • The combat rifle did not have any tags
      • I dropped the combat rifle and it displayed correctly in the HUD when I placed my crosshair over it
      • I exited the game
      • I ran Complex Sorter with the default plugins enabled but I disabled ECO Patcher
      • I enabled "M8r Complex Sorter.esp"
      • I loaded my hard save
      • I added a combat rifle to my inventory
      • The combat rifle had the [CombatRifle] tag and displayed correctly in the HUD
      • I exited the game
      • I ran Complex Sorter with the default plugins and ECO Patcher enabled
      • I loaded my hard save
      • I added a combat rifle to my inventory
      • The combat rifle had both the [Rifle] and [CombatRifle] tags and did not display correctly in the HUD (the [CombatRifle] tag was visible)

The only part of the ECO Patcher that could have an effect in regards to item names is "Add missing INNR". Try to disable it if you have it enabled and see what happens. If that fixes your issue then that weapon might be incompatible with that option.

      Yay, that worked thanks.

Is it safe to disable ""Add missing INNR"" for an existing save? As I understand it, it only effects the names of weapon instances.

Yes, totally safe. It just just adds INNR references to some weapon forms. If disabled, the weapons will default back to their original non-INNR names.

For some reason it makes the player bald/turns the police helmet invisible (without adding the invisible armour option)

That's impossible because ECO by itself doesn't do anything on its own and also doesn't directly change any equipment. Either this is caused by something entirely unrelated (most likely) or you're using another mod that makes ECO automatically modify the Police Helmet in an unintended way.

Having the same issue and this is the only armor-related mod I'm using!

I also have an invisible police helmet, the heavy variant of riot police right leg specifically is also invisible on female characters & npcs for me.

Update: The 1.02 update has fixed the riot police leg issue. Unsure about police helmets.

Does anyone know if you can use this to add ballistic weave to riot police armor and combat helmets? I can't see any slots for it.

Ammo conversion: only showing base fallout 4 types
Weapon/Armor Bench: No Craft Menu for new items
Universal Bench Create: Only showing base fallout items.

Am I doing something wrong maybe?

Do we use the most recent version of ECO with this patch or an older one?

Any plans on adding craftable armor, like Riot Police?

Yes, I have plans to add recipes for FoLon's custom equipment. But I have a lot of other plans as well and little free time. Maybe that specific plan will never be realised.

There's an NPC at the Dog Food factory that if you follow until he's alone and use silenced means, he has a full set of Riot police on him you can loot from his corpse

You missed just a couple sneaky localizations -> localisations :)

    dn_Clothes/Ruleset #4/Name #15: Stabilized -> Stabilised
    dn_CommonArmor/Ruleset #3/Name #15: Fiberglass -> Fibreglass

Thanks, I have them included. The second one I didn't miss, the FoLon team simply didn't localise that one either.

Thank you for London support! Any thoughts on leveled list injection. Maybe in the form of a LIF patch?

Maybe in the form of a LIF patch?
Not a patch, LIF will get its own stand-alone FoLon-specific variant soon.

I use the whole ECO, LEO, NEO suite with London, so I’m so very appreciative for these two patches. Thank you.

I was just wondering if there was a similar NEO patch on the way too?

NEO requires a lot more work because it heavily conflicts with FoLon's changes to vanilla equipment. So, no promises or ETA.

Yeah I havent been able to get NEO to work on 90% of FOLON gear, I appreciate you're busy but a NEO patch would be really appreciated, thanks for the patches though, great job...
