Fallout London has updated to v1.01, this mod is nolonger needed as the bug has been fixed
After the Traincrash at Start of Game there is a Debuff applied to Health, this Fix will stop that from happening on new characters aswell as an ingestible craftable item you can use to remove the debuff on an existing character

Afaik this is never removed through main questline, although the code seems intendend, i'm currently lvl20 and i still have this debuff on my character, so i made this fix for new or old players
Download "Stop Health Debuff Script" so you don't get the debuff on a new made character
Download "Remove Existing Debuff Applied To Player" and you can craft a pill (itemname: "Remove Health Debuff Pill"]) in the ChemStation (Utility) that will remove the debuff (note this pill will heal you up / remove all rads and all buffs, so don't cheat with it :Þ )
