Saw a comment about being unable to download this mod through NMM, but it's locked, so I'll just tell everyone how that works in a separate comment :) You have to download Fallout London mods from the Nexus manually, then add them to NMM by clicking the little green plus sign on the left-hand side(if you hover over it, it says "Add Mod Through File") and then choosing the .zip/.rar file you've downloaded. Then just activate them as usual with the checkmark.
I'm aware there's a mod to do something similar with keys and keycards, but that one just swaps them with keys that have a glowing Nuka keychain on them. That works fine for keys, but not as good with keycards as what you can do.
Long story short: Download manually and install the zip file through MO2.
Sorry that I don't have a better solution at the moment. MO2 registers FO4 and FOLON (fallout4london) as two different games, so trying to download a FOLON mod via Nexus MO2 for your FO4 game will produce that error, as you don't have a MO2 FOLON game-path established.
If anyone knows of a better solution please let me know.
There is a .dll plugin on the MO2 discord that adds support just search for London, download it and place it in your MO2's plugin folder, you will have to create a new instance for it to work.
What I did was create a new instance under Fallout 4 London, copied the ModOrganizer.ini from the new instance onto my desktop, replaced all the files in the appdata and base folder with my old ones and then replaced my old ModOrganizer.ini with the new one that was made.
could you not just set the folon path to the fallout 4 data path, thats where your supposed to install mods for folon anyway, not in the gog folon folder
Try to reinstall and double-check that the contents of the archive are being copied correctly. For MO2, it'd look something like this: ModOrganizer\Fallout 4\mods\FOLON Glowing Magazines\...\
Ensure that you're using this mod designed for FOLON as regular FO4 magazine mods won't work without edits due to FOLONs slightly changed folder path.
Double-check that nothing is overwriting this mod's contents.
I'm able to reproduce your issue if I use a FO4 glowing magazine mod, however with my mod I don't encounter that issue.
If anyone else is experiencing this issue please let me know.
Double-checked that everything is where it's supposed to be - the only difference I can see is that I named my mod instance Fallout London rather than Fallout 4, but that shouldn't impact anything.
And I don't have anything that would overwrite it, as far as I know. Here's my load order.
Let me know if anything pops out at you as being an issue. I'll try again in the morning. Maybe uninstall and reinstall FO4/FOLON and see if that corrects the issue.
The optional file contains everything the main file does, plus textures. Give it a try and if it works out for you then I'll probably make it the new main file.
Edit: Good news and bad news. There's definitely something wrong with my mod because I'm able to reproduce what you're seeing. It happens when I drop and pick up an already-found magazine. First-time magazine pick-ups work fine for me.
I've been combing over the file paths and directories trying to find the reason why, but I've been unsuccessful. I'll keep looking.
Alright, so everything works now when picking up an undiscovered magazine. Picking up a magazine that you've dropped still shows that bugged texture, but I'll take what I can get.

Does anyone knows how to fix?

I'd love to see the glowing collectable vinyl records and cigarette cards in the future!
I'm not sure what's going on. I have it installed via Mod Organizer 2.
Do you have any idea what might be happening here?

I'm running this for FOLON, so no issue there.
