About this video

This showcases three mods aimed at making the sanctuary houses liveable, while still remaining lore friendly (rather than simply using a a pre-war replacer)

Paint That House by Zumika

Paint That House cleans up the indoors texture of Sanctuary houses. This isn't one of the many pre-war texture replacers, however. Each texture has been remade to give the houses a cleaner, more homely appearence while still making it clear that time has passed. After all, Codsworth has had the last 200 years to give the place a good scrub.

Patch Job by StuykGaming

Patch Job fixes rust, erosion and holes  in several of the wooden and metal settlement textures. Most notably, it fixes the roof textures for Sanctuary houses. Instead of having a roof only slightly less watertight than a sieve, the panels are now solid.

Repaired Sanctuary Roofs by Lateraliss

While Patch Job fixes the erosion in individual panel textures, it still leaves the missing roof tiles and larger holes. Repaired Sanctuary Roofs fixes this by completely remaking the roofs of all houses in sanctuary. Combining the two mods will give a solid roof with no rusted holes or gaps. Perfect for anyone looking to rebuild Sanctuary hills to a more habitable state.
