Red Scare isn't going to blow your socks off with an expansive questline, in-depth characters, and drastic concequences.

What it is however, is a Humble, well-put together quest, with quality voice acting.
Because the Mod is so short, I can't really say much without spoiling the whole thing.

All there is to know is A guy wants help, and you might need to kill a few raiders. A simple mod for new characters that is designed as such.
