Just don't want to take up 4 esp slots for 1 thing. Before you say it, I don't know how to merge them without making them not work right. I really want to use this mod, just rather have esps flagged as esls or the option for them all to be in one esp.
Late response, but maybe it helps someone: Use MANUAL DOWNLOAD and unzip it anywhere. Choose your language and copy ONE(two) of the ESPs to DATA: ? Deutsch NUR Turm.esp (=TurmSpieler10+TurmFeind5) ODER nur TurmFeind5.esp ODER nur TurmSpieler10.esp ODER nur TurmSpieler5.esp ODER kombiniere eine *Spieler und die *Feind ESP. AKTIVIERE die ESP. ---------- ? English Only Turrets.esp (= TurretsPlayer10 + TurretsEnemy5) OR only TurretsEnemy5.esp OR only TurretsPlayer10.esp OR only TurretsPlayer5.esp OR combinate one *player + the *enemy ESP ACTIVATE the ESP.
The mod is old, but i use it actually. Have fun....
Ps.: If you know XEdit/FO4Edit a little, you can take a look into the MODs ESPs and tune other TURRET-MODs (if you use such at same time) values. Sorry for my English.
Download MANUALLY Extract file Open English folder Click & drag "turrets.esp" (mod your and enemy turrets) to Mod section of Vortex and into the "Drop File(s)" box below.
In Vortex > Plugins, double-click turrets.esp and click "Mark as light" to make it not count towards your total.
Yep. I just realized that it if you use NMM it automatically installs all of the esps, the German variants. I had no idea that there were English ones until I manually downloaded the addon.
Nice touch, always felt the turrets were weak! *endorsed* As an added bonus, as it costs more ammo to kill them, could the loot be enhanced to give some more than the measly 5-15 rounds? ^_^
I thought about that, but I think the reason why there are only around 10 bullets is because of the value. I remember on the side an inscription with the text "1000 5,56mm" or something like that. It would be realistic to pillage 700 or so, but that would be a value of 700 crown caps. That's very much. The player already gets an advantage, because the multiplicator is 5 for enemy turrets and 10 for player ones. The turrets also explode therefore the majority of the bullets (all??) should also explode.
Oh yeah, I wasn't hoping for overkill, just perhaps a multiplier of x3 to x5 of the very meager vanilla-value... One must also consider how they seemingly have infinite bullets along with the tougher outer shell ...and perhaps the turrets were built more intelligently with the stronger exterior, say with a protective casing for the bullets held. There is a mod that does what I ask, but some or one of my many turret-mod's (this included) seems to void it...

Edit: ouch. Just noticed this is more abandonware (abandoned mod) a few years now. Sad..
The vanilla turrets are almost always 1 shots, this mod fixes that.
