Just an idea I get when I look at this thing... there could be an option to have tank treads for feet so this thing can skate around instead of walking. If you have ever seen the ye olde game called heavy gear I or II then you know what I mean. The treads would be an option for sprinting so if you try to sprint the anims for the treads dropping down from the back of the lower legs would play one at a time and then you skate instead of sprint. Might be able to borrow the treads from the robo brains in automatron?
came here from hoplite automatron parts (idk how to link it, just search up hoplite) btw, very cool sentry inspiration, completely unrelated to the mod, but is this stuff finished pre or post war? kinda like x-01 which a single suit (qauntum) was produced or smth or was it already mass produced?
I checked fo4 edit and nothing seems to overwrite it.. so everything seems clear to go ahead and do it..
i'm trying to free up active plugin slots, as i'm close to hitting the limit... and i'm now down to compacting form id's, so i'm double checking before proceding with it..
You can change the Decal with most transparency dds you make or if you downloaded one. just rename the new dds file one to ChestDecalSpartan_d.dds and replace the original one in the (Fallout4/Data/Materials/tumbajamba/actors/powerarmor/tank_PA) folder with the new one. if its a proper transparency it should work.
I really love the armor style, it is so cool and different. Had issues with the visor since I wanted that more than the actual armor itself for general use. Was hoping for something cool as eyewear but I could wear with a hat like I saw in the YouTube video review of this mod. Unfortunately it did not work with a hat for me as it took up the hat & eyewear slots plus it made me bald... My only other minor complaint is there is no Minuteman paint job or decal swap available, even with AWKCR. Still a really neat set of armor and will keep it for sure. Nice job Tumba!
Message to the author. I really think that this power armor should be revisited. If you need some spare cash, I would be happy to give you a donation. It gives me a Battletech vibe, and I really dig it. The arms of the armor extend into the chest area too far and causes clipping. It would be nice to have the ability to apply vanilla paints to the armor and the ability to remove and/or change the decal on the torso if you choose to do so. Also, there is some clipping on the back of the torso armor where there are two cylindrical "vents" on the back. I am very impressed with the release of the Synth and Raider power armor sets. I believe that it would be cool if you could bring this armor set to the same standards that you did with those two armor sets. Great work and thank you for sharing.

God bless you and keep up the great work!
Fallout4/Data/Textures/tumbajamba/actors/powerarmor/Tank_PA
And from there remove ChestDecalSpartan_d.dds
Then go into:
Fallout4/Data/Materials/tumbajamba/actors/powerarmor/tank_PA
and remove ChestDecalSpartan.BGSM
