I made a similar mod to yours: Ammunition Scavenging Stations Right now I am trying to add in multiple stations but I have hit a dead end. Any idea how to make different lists for various stations to randomly generate? I added in an ammunition station, but I have to change what the scavenging station makes to do that. If you take a look at my mod, you can see I am ready to make a standalone station rather than a replacement, but I just can't figure out how to make a new "list" of items.
You may want to talk to some of the popular mod makers hat did things like new crafting stations and the like. They should be able to ell you what you need.
I haven't really delved into making custom scavenging stations.
Other than hooking into the Workshop Parent Quest I couldn't find any other references in the master file. I figured it was governed by either the workshopparentscript or the workshopobjectscript, which I haven't messed with.
I'm curious, just what does the vanilla scavenging station produce and how much? With me constantly unloading junk at my settlements, I have no clue if the scavenging stations are even adding anything or how much they actually produce. I mostly make scavenging stations just to give people a job so they will stay happy, once I've got enough farmers and guards. I've never really known if they collect anything, what they might collect, or how much.

just add more random stuff would be nice and also make a OP optional version if u can. a version where it produce 2 or 3 times as much.
