   The two .dll files are not appearing in any of the folders. What am I doing wrong here?

   Thanks for this sick ENB! I am just curious though, when I enter third person and i stand still my character blurs out. Is there a way to fix this?
   
   UPDATE: If anyone else is having this issue, add these lines to your Fallout4.ini

   Like with most other comments I love the concept of this entire ENB, but the over extension of the darkness is the only troublesome part. If this was adjusted it would be perfect, keep at it Cheesy.

      Press Shift+enter ingame and on the right hand side of screen is parematers for enbeffectpostpass.fx. There is an option in there for letterbox effect, actually I don't think released version even has it activated as I only used it for the pics.
