DESCRIPTION
=============================
The mod brings new tracks to the universe of Fallout 4. These are not public domain or royalty-free tracks packed to make a quick mod. They were written with Fallout 4 and its atmosphere, its world in mind. That means that the music added by the mod is designed to fit the artistic codes of the game. TL:DR no trance, dubstep, metal, overly cheesy orchestral tracks, ect...
However, DO NOT assume that these are merely copies of the original OST. While the new tracks fit decently with the original music, I am not Inon Zur, and did not try to replicate his style beat by beat.
1.0 actually adds the new tracks to the game without replacing anything from the OST, with the exception of combat tracks. To my knowledge, it is not possible to add new combat tracks to the game, they won't play. So the combat tracks are now available in a separate pack.  With 1.2, all tracks are available either as non-replacer or optional replacer version!

The pack currently adds 20 new tracks (audio previews below) :
- 4 day exploration tracks
- 2 Brotherhood tracks (when exploring the Prydwen)
- 2 Institute tracks (when exploring the Institute)
- 1 Railroad track (when exploring the Railroad Headquarters)
- 1 Minutemen track ( when exploring the Castle - Turn off the Castle speakers to hear!)
- 2 night exploration tracks
- 2 city exploration tracks
- 2 dungeon tracks
- 2 combat tracks
- 2 boss combat tracks

A replacer version is available in the Optional files section.

BUGS
=============================

I don't know how the engine behaves when multiple plugins edit the same playlists, so I'll presume Bleak Beauty is not compatible with other mods that add music. Use Music Mods Merged if you want to also use other music mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20361?tab=description
Mods that replace vanilla music are fine.

Fallout VR notes: I can't test Bleak Beauty on Fallout VR as I do not have it, however the mod should be compatible.

This is a very simple mod. It's safe to update and uninstall without added precautions.

PLANNED UPDATES
=============================

- More tracks of each type
- Tracks for types not yet covered (Urban, Glowing Sea, ect..)
- Palette track overhaul. Palette tracks are small pieces of music ( less than a minute ) that are sometimes played during exploration. Fallout 4's music system relies heavily on those, so I plan to add a ton of them.

Also, and if I can figure out how, I'd like to implement specific music for key moments of various questlines, and for some unique places. => may be moved to another mod

PERMISSIONS
=============================

You can use the tracks in any video (monetized or not) if you credit me. If you want to feature these tracks in any kind of mod, you'll have to ask me permission first.
