   Actually, the X-01 was created by the U.S. Army, although it was only a prototype that had only a few units that were going to be sent to war (the falling bombs prevented this) The Enclave and The Institute managed to obtain the blueprints for the X-01 Power Armor and create their own versions,  The Enclave created the Advanced Power Armor Mk1 and Mk2, later creating the X-02 (Enclave Power Armor and Tesla Armor) and X-03 (Hellfire Power Armor). The Institute completed the creation of the X-01 and improved it.

   Absolutely outstanding detail work on this. Not everyone can add rust or scratches as well as this.

   Will you do some of this to Spartan Battle Suit, T51c AirForce Power Armor, Enclave X-02 Power Armor and other Power Armor mods? It would be awesome!
