    Able to remove slow walking? Small plates IRL or even medium plates IRL don't make you walk/run that slow.

      Open xedit navigate to "Object Effect" and set "Fortify Actor Speed Mult" to 0.

    Would be cool if this had level list integration, that way enemies can drop these armor plates. Would make sense if BOS or Gunners would drop these.

    Is this mod safe to be ESLifed?

    Is it used to board the Power Armour? Previously, a similar mode was used even after boarding the Power Armour, so a bug occurred
