Don't install ESL plugin
Female only - added placeholder male model just so workbench doesn't glitch out, however still not meant to be worn by men
Moved to Cloth and Armor Station > Clothing
Added NPC versions for companions and settlers at Cloth and Armor Station > Utility
Didn't bother with Architect Outfit Manager because gender locked
Adler Outfit Pack Patch

Outfits moved to Cloth and Armor Station > Clothing

Made Cuba Rig into an upper/lower backpack with locking option at Cloth and Armor Station > Backpacks

Commonwealth Encounter Pack Patch
Added sorting tag to dropped notes, that's all
Since it pulls NPCs from standard character pools, there's nothing to rebalance without editing scripts
Visitors - Dynamically Creates Visitors To Your Settlements (DLC ver) Patch
Changed NPC perks and inventories to match regular settler
Moved holotape to Tech Lab > Utility
Visitors are still unprotected and cowardly since they're meant to be set dressings
Recruitment seemed to work fine in Horizon during a brief test, but didn't continue to use it in my playthrough since it's basically a free settler radio cheat
Gonna leave it up to players to decide if they want that option or not, enable/disable the prompt yourself in MCM/holotape
Mirelurk Eggs Sweep Patch | ESP overwrite
Only needed to change Nukalurk eggs
Author posted a way to restore hatchling spawns in their mod page's comments section, but I haven't tested it
Smaller Car Explosions Add-On
Got tired of healing dogmeat & hapless npcs being sent to low orbit
Swapped the nuke blast to grenade explosion, overall radius and damage reduced by 45-55%
Raider Dog Idle Voice Add-On
Swapped attack dog's idle sound to Dogmeat's, no more random ear piercing barks
Affects canine summons and guard dogs(also hunters' dogs in NPCs Travel)
Bulk Scrap and Craft Add-On
Added 10x scrap recipe for : 5mm, 9mm, .38, .357, .30, Electron Cells, Gamma Cells, and Cryo Cells
Added 5x craft recipe for Aluminum Canisters
Enabled field kit scrapping for Assaultron Blades and Mr. Handy Buzz Blades
