RAC is a Project for Players who just wanna maxout their Settlement Life with cleaned Settlements. :)

Rebuild and Cleaned >Tenpines Bluff<
This mod is not intended to be played with a normal playthrough - its for ppls who mainly wanna build
So you will miss your "starter" loot.. btw read the Important Notes! :)
Btw: "Rebuild" doesn't mean that i fix everything.. it means more like "Rebuild it!" .. i had to choose a "cool" Name so thats why i choosed "Rebuild and Cleaned". But in my Head its like: Let's Rebuild and Clean it - but the rebuild Part is for YOU.. Build the Settlement how you want it - thats why i mostly clear everything.. i hope you get the idea - i'm not a native english speaker, so i'm bad at finding better words.
What does this Mod do?
- removes all trees, grass, clutters, debris, rocks, chairs, all NPC Animation Spots, and mostly everything (check screens), sings, letters, vine
- i also remove a bite more out of the normal building boundarys ... why? If you choose to play with bigger Build spaces, it's also cool to have it already cleaned. :)
Objects i didn't removed
- Main Building
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you want the scrap for crafting.. nope i didn't placed them - if u need them, use the console - sorry!
- if you get an error message ingame (game don't crash) - its cuz of Creation Engine 2.0.. this mod works as planned
- IF YOU DISABLE THIS MOD: EVERYTHING COMES BACK! This mod just says to Fallout4 that "XYZ should go away".. so if you disable this one no one tells Fallout4 to keep that changes!
- the best Loadorder for this mod is somewhere at the beginning (after patch mods) OR if you use other mods that changes things at "XY Settlement", choose the end if possible.
Installation:
Manual:
Just copy the RAC_TenpinesBluff.esp into \your game location\Fallout 4\Data\ folder and check the esp in the launcher (should be already checked).
or...
Download it via Vortex or use other Modloaders and just install it like any other mod.
Uninstall:
Manual:
Delete the RAC_TenpinesBluff.esp.
or...
Deactivate it via Vortex or other Modloaders
