Version 1.4
Fixes the Charles River being too translucent.
Also fixes a vanilla watertype seam I noticed when transitioning from the river to other branches of water.
Dirty fix accomplished by changing the Upper Charles River to the exact same water as the ocean. Unable to fix any other way without the Creation Kit.

Corrected a variable that practically disabled water ripples in shallow watertypes.
This change affects both versions of the mod.
