   Just echoing the prior comments, though it seems the mod author's moved on. The standalone masks should be wearable with helmets. I tried to delete the relevant slots in FO4Edit, which allowed me to equip the mask without removing my hat, but the mask itself still wouldn't show up. Not experienced enough with modding to know what's causing that issue, so I've uninstalled this mod for now.

   the mask alone has the helmet slot 2 is this some thing that cyou kan chance so we kan wear the mask whit a military had ore combat helmet

   You need to separate mask from hat slot as you cant see it with helms/hats equipped.
