Clean HUD 2 - Immersive Presets for DEF_UI [Version 2.0.0] by TheDrunkKnight
Nexus release - Link: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9441/?

-BEFORE INSTALLING-

First of all, make sure you have downloaded and installed DEF_UI - Link: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654/? - This preset WILL NOT WORK without it.

I have added a screenshot for each preset to give you a better idea of what each preset looks like in-game.
They all show the same scene, more or less, so that you can compare each preset more easily. The screenshots are named and organized exactly like the presets themselves so no effort is required to find the correct one.

-MANUAL INSTALLATION-

Open the "Presets" folder and select the category you chose, then open the folder named after the preset of choice.
You will find a single folder: "interface"
Find your steam library folder (if you don't know where it is, chances are it's gonna be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common). Drag or copy the "interface" folder into

Fallout 4\Data

Overwrite if prompted, and you're done. Enjoy!

-NOTES-

Most presets do not have any indication of whether an enemy has been killed or not (no XP bar except the Complete presets, no hitmarkers, no enemy health meter), so having the "xp gain" sound give it away REALLY bothers me.
Thankfully, this mod fixes that problem: - No more cash register sound when XP gain: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/100/?

Also check out the mod page for other recommended mods.
