   Didn't work initially with the base mod. But when I applied the DLC option it works, very nice, thank you!

   How does this work? I just install it and it works? It doesn't seem to do that for me. Though I do use two legendary effects mods.

   is there a way to remove all recoil on all guns even modded guns? like a console command or something just curious. or even just lower the recoil I like a little bit of recoil but a lot of guns with less than 80 accuracy is a bit to much in my humble opinion, maybe give all the guns 90 accuracy

      No console commands, but there should be mods. Just need to find them.
