This mod will never be ported to console, unless silverlock team manage to port F4SE somehow. This mod is an F4SE plugin and won't work without it. That's why it is not possible to put this mod to bethesda.net.
If you have beta-version of game and love to use this mod, but it is not available for beta yet - you have two options: 1. Roll back to non-beta game version and play until mod will be available for beta 2. Play on beta, but without mod. In either case - please, DON'T write your complains about mod not-working in beta and continiously ask 'WHEN???!!!". Mod will eventually be updated OR there will be a notice if I decide to stop support this mod.

For those, who have CTD: 1. check if CTD still happens if Fallout4 run without f4se. If it does - it's not a problem of this plugin. 2. If you still think, that this plugin is cause of CTD, then, please, post in bugs section, be more informative: what did you do, when CTD happen, in what place it happened. Also post your mods load order and send me you last save before CTD. Thank you.

Very good and helpful comment by VIitS: One thing I did a while ago is set the permissions for my steamapps\common, Documents\my games\Fallout4, and AppData\Local\Fallout4 folders (as well as all subfolders/files) to Full Control for Users(xxxxx\Users).
It means I have never had to run xEdit/CK/f4se/Fallout 4 in administrator mode, and never have to worry about old log files blocking new ones from being created.

I don't even have the "Physics on"/"Physics off" message. The thing is, I played with this mod not too long ago (maybe 5 or 6 months) and it worked perfectly as always. I am now on a new computer, with Windows11, and I reinstalled Fallout 4 with some new mods, to the latest version (1.10.984.0.0). F4SE and Place Everywhere are both compatible versions too. I tried to desinstall/reinstall the mods, and to change the hotkeys in the "place.ini" file but it didn't work too.
The maximum caracters allowed here is 5000, so I did a little remix of the "f4se.log" by removing some parts.

Hello, I recently updated to the most current version and found that I can no longer remove debris (dirt piles, papers, random boards). Is this because of the next gen update? I use the extra object selection, and although I can now apparently delete water and triggers, i can't clean up those pesky dirt piles.
This is a must-have for anyone even remotely interested in settlement building. I've used it to make Hangman's Alley spill out of bounds, and the place looks greater than ever. I've got windmills, purifiers and turrets by the river, will building too many things out of bounds hurt my save? Same with scrapping items not usually allowed by the player?
solution to game isnt reading mod at all. there is the fix: all oldest versions of mod on nexus show game version, for example 1.10.163 4fse page show game version as well MATCH GAME VERSION WITH F4SE VERSION and rename place_example.ini to place.ini
Best mod ever i lit fixed santuary roof n wall cracks with it and with this u can also add doors to santucarty broken houses :) , but there is one problem during time skip in game there is a bug i am not able to cancel time skip in between n it lags it happened after his mod . other than that is awesome <3

Can't do anything about vegetation (vines, bushes, etc) or random rocks etc now ._.
Last gen: Place Fallout4 1.10.163. Latest version.Please refer it to as old gen since term last gen is controversial.
Next Gen: Place Fallout4 1.10.984 - latest release - As of now, first on the list under files tab.
Be sure to have corresponding F4SE script extender for your version of the game.
