Hi all, I am trying to figure out if I have a bug in the game or if it's a case of the time scale. I've been building up Sanctuary with the time scale turned on in order to have daylight, and throughout the course of the day I took a break to check up on Abernathy. Three times walking by the half-buried chest near the water tower, I'd find some goodies. Does the timescale only effect the day/night cycle, or does it also include "game time"? I'm wondering if the repopulation of junk/items in storage goes on at a regular pace even when the time scale is used. Any ideas?
