   I really, really hope this gets updated. This is the most essential mod on my list if I'm being honest.

      There is a Cheat Engine Table "mod" called Place In Red Reborn which offers all the options.
      
      No snap walls, no snap bottom, place in read, etc and working with latest version of the game.

      Agreed. This makes building any settlement so much better and easier than the default system that is in the game.

   No jokes this was my favorite mod... Please fix :( A "stable" version of F4SE has released now, surely that will help?
