hello just wanted to ask which file should i download since i use the scrap metal and makeshift welds pipe retexture too, theres only 3 options in the files section and there isnt one for that. do i just use vanilla?

Attachment pack + gmoi6 textures + pipe weapons refined + Pipe gun remesh....Man, pipe weapons never been this good. Makes we want to do a playthrough with only pipe guns.
shame that Vanilla Reanimation Pipe Guns is flawed, otherwise it would have been the perfect combo.

Funny thing is looking at the vanilla meshes, they had everything set up for the bracket to stay on the receiver, its just missing a remap node entry, guess they forgot that even after the NG updateas there is non for cdrumbracket I can see.
the bracket still a part of drum mag. RemapNode would not work for it. I just put the bracket to receiver with a alpha material. When attach durm mag, it will have a material swap to make bracket visible.
Firstly to clarifiyu saying blank texture is a perfectly valid way to do it and nothing negative about this method, use it myself on alot of mods,
Just saying how bethesda obviously partialy planned to do it but they messed up and missed some keyword telling it to move the brakcet to a different parent connect point.
The bracket is in its own sub node, you use a remap node eg like front sites do with longer barrels, the base receiver mesh has an attachment point called P-Drum or something with its parent being the ninode receiver, so anything that is parented to that moves how the receiver does ie static, the keyword that should exists tells the game to move Cdrum or what ever its called on the magiazine to move that part of the mesh to that attachment point name instead of being part of the p-magazine.
Thanks for patch, just fyo y0our free to basicly reupload the entire edited meshes from my mod so they dont need to download the original if you wished, they are pretty open perms
