   Looking forward to using this mod.
   
   Where does the ini file go? Is the text to be copy/pasted to one of the existing ini files?

      You can either install using NMM, or if you're installing manually, the .ini just goes with the .esp in the ...\Fallout 4\ Data folder.

   I already have mod for more bullet shells but i need more bullet holes, could you make version for holes only?

      You have to install several mods to do the same thing. Or you could just install mine and be done with it.
