Add menu that display settler recreational training progress percentage

I always wonder when my settler status will go up when training in recreational training plot, so I tried to make this
To open the menu you need MCM and configure the hotkey
Some note:
Q: After sleep / wait for x hours my progress doesn't go up?
A: You need to wait a second/more for the DailyUpdate workshop script to update
This is another attempt to learn mod with papyrus, I learn a lot making this mod but I'm still not sure if what I do is right or no so this mod is still alpha, so far I haven't found bug in my playthrough
