Repairs
There are two buildings that can be rebuilt. The Pharmacy itself and a small side building behind it.
There are two sections of sidewalk by the front entrance that can be repaired..
NOTE: The repaired structures are slightly larger than their unrepaired counterparts. This is due to the originals being one single mesh and they do not conform to the standard structure size of most other buildings. I tried to match the repaired structures as best as I could.
Previs was regenerated for the region and the entire settlement fits within one previs cluster. It is also highly scrappable allowing you to build in most of the space. The build area includes the pharmacy itself, the parking area in front of the door as well part of the road. I also included the building behind the pharmacy as part of the build area.
Compatibility
I do not foresee this having many compatibility issues simply due to it being a location that is kind of out of the way. There is a Red Rocket directly to the south that I am unsure if there is a mod with a settlement there (I'm sure there is but I don't know which one.)
The other concern I have is the random encounter that occurs at this location. I do not know for certain how it will affect the settlement after getting established. I believe it will be disabled after claiming the settlement but any bodies spawned by it will be unaffected by the automatic cell cleanup script because they aren't placed by the settlement itself.
I recommend placing this mod lower in your load order to help prevent any other mods overriding the locations data.
