Article VI, Clause 2: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
It's not in the game. It's in a mod. If someone wants to download this for their own enjoyment, it's no different than someone wanting to change body type 1/2 into male/female.
this sort of reminds me of the message that played in i think Assassin's Creed III given it encompasses the boston and MA greater area, + the Caribbean.
I'm brazilian and not native, but as I considered what a Fallout: Brasil would be like, I came to realize the missing natives in all Fallouts. Which feels odd, as they would survive and perhaps even thrive.
Mod tracked. Awesome . I'm not even from the Americas, but I feel connected to its great indigenous people. My ancestors had some peaceful ties with your people very long ago, but History doesn't recognize it, or at least not fully. Can't wait to see how your mod will grow sir dear sir :)
I'm not Indigenous (and also Canadian), but I am trying to do my part in service of truth and reconciliation. Curious to know what your ideas are for future mods.
I am utterly new to mod making. So probably small stuff here and there just ease my way in. I wouldn't mind trying settlement items to start or something. Eg Indigenous Nation flags that are out there.
1st I want to try and figure out how to add this as a addon instead of replacer. Maybe a loading screen for it. But time will tell. Who knows maybe this will inspire some folks. (Hopefully)

Also, you're doubly bananas if you think that politics isn't integral to Fallout's setting and storytelling.
"Keep politics out of games." without a shred of irony. XD The internet does amuse me.
The current estimates of the pre-Columbian population within the Amazon rainforest is that 10 million people lived there. 2, 3 generations later, so many were dead and gone. Indigenous peoples already survived one apocalypse, then 500, or perhaps 585*, years of strife. What's another apocalypse?
*From 1492 to 2077.
Based.
