Backpacks of The Commonwealth is a fantastic mod, one that I cannot play Fallout 4 without. However, the various craftable upgrades feature a wildly-inconsistent array of perk requirements. This quick and (hopefully not) dirty xEdit mod simplifies the perk requirements.
How is it handled now?
Recipes with no perk requirement are unaltered.
Recipes which only required Armorer are unaltered.
Recipes which only required one non-Armorer perk are unaltered.
Recipes with required Armorer + another perk now only require Armorer.
Recipes which required two non-Armorer perks now require a rank of Armorer I thought was appropriate.
I undoubtedly missed something, and there may still be some inconsistencies in the crafting requirements. This file was made as a quick fix for personal use, not a comprehensive rebalance. Nevertheless, let me know if there are any issues.
The plugin is an .esp flagged as .esl so it should not take up a slot in your load order. It only contains Constructible Object (COBJ) records. As such, Backpacks of The Commonwealth is absolutely required, and must load before this file.
A huge thank you to bmanzzs for his incredible mod!
