This is just a BASIC SET of the Glowing Nightmare Power Armor. You'll need to follow the actual QUEST to get the Legendary Set. The purpose of this is to provide the Power Armor to those who want the look, but this patch is not going to remove the NPC, or their armor from the game. They're still out there. Somewhere... I've seen it!
I had no problems with the quest. It was a real fun ride!
