Details
If you had a bug where "Ruined Reams" refused to start, after installing this patch writing "SetStage COMEllenQuest 100" in console should now get you going!

Details
- Fixed issue where "Ruined Dreams" wouldn't start if either second note was looted or Quincy was already cleared.
- Changed so Ellen runs up to the dialogue partner instead of the player at the end of "Ruined Dreams" to prevent the scene from getting stuck.
