A custom modification of Horizon 1.9.4's "Architect Home Plate" that removes the vault and storage areas, and sections off Home Plate in ways that I prefer. This is an empty version so that you can customize the decorations and furniture as you see fit!

This is a CUSTOM modification that I've made and uploaded for my own use that uses an absurd number of mods to achieve what I want. Everything was built in-game by hand using modded settlement objects as well as Place Everywhere customization. I will list the mods used, but I do not encourage downloading everything that I use unless you have the time and understanding to organize your load order with Horizon properly using Mod Organizer 2.
