I've analyzed your mod, and it has some tiny small issues that you might want to adress.
Your patch does not deactivate the leveled list injection from the original mod. This means that the weapon will be waaaay to common, and that technically there are two kinds of the same weapon.
Additionally, the leveled-list script injected version of the weapon is not properly patched, causing NPCs to have infinite ammo with it, among other issues.
Additionally, the crafting recipes for the weapon's modifications and the weapon modifications themselves are not balance patched as far as I can see. Example: "co_mod_RU556_Damage5 [COBJ:0C003D6A]" It allows the player to get a free +80% damage boost. I know this is intended by the author of the weapon mod, but you should at least at a disclaimer about things like this.
You might want to fix those issues. Those changes would also require a new game, existing save files might get issues.
