Replace the uglier than ugly vanilla combat rifle with the beautiful RU556 in FROST

The vanilla combat rifle is painful to look at and play with so this mod replaces it with the RU556.
This weapon replacer is intended for FROST! This means that the weapon attachments are deleveled and you are more likely to see crappy weapon mods than good ones. The weapon damage is slightly lower than the combat rifle in FROST but this is made up for by the RU556's increased fire rate. To not imbalance the ammo pool, the RU556 is rechambered to 45. I know this is a sin but gameplay is more important to me than realism. I don't want to have to shoot the disgusting assault rifle either so I included one semi-auto 556 receiver as well.
TL;DR the weapon is reasonably balanced for FROST.
