This mod offers some lower volume versions of audio files associated with various Settlement expansion packs including Manufacturing Extended and Better Manufacturing. This mod lowers the sounds of the scrappers and a couple of other machines (I can't remember them all, but overall your factory will sound much quieter)!
Apologies for not taking the time to make an .esp version of this mod. The mod comes as is, and is comprised of raw files but is less than 30MB when unzipped. Use MO2 Mod Organizer for best results.
