Hi,I like the Midwest PA, been playing it for a couple days now.The craftable addition shows up greyed out at the bottom of the mods list. At the same time, you don't say that anything else is needed to make the mod work. So I have the mod in my list but it's not active in the Chemistry Workstation. What am I missing?
The ONLY requirement is the MidWest Power Armor Revolution - Nothing else is needed (well, Fallout 4 is needed, but I'm sure you've got that one covered). As my requirements tab states, "Without the parent file, the patch is useless."
Make sure my patch is ENABLED in your Mod Manager; it should, by default, load after the parent, but check that, too.
All my patch does is add the crafting by making the recipe Keyword (which adds the group in the ChemLab Workstation). It "calls" to the parent file Armor through the patch's Constructible Objects with the material costs.
If you're seeing "[Power Armor - MidWest Revolution by NewerMind43]" in the chem station, but can't craft the pieces because they are grayed out, it's because you're missing the materials needed to craft.
I have also asked NewerMind43 about the FormIDs for the Power Armor in both versions of the mod. If they are the same in both the NextGen and OldGen versions, then my patch will be good to go (if permission is given).
The "Constructible Object" in the patch, calls to the "Armor" record in the parent file. If the FormIDs are the same in both versions, then it's a non-issue. I'll wait and see what NewerMind43 says. :)
It's just for the basic set, not the Eel or Turtle variations.
Once I play the with the mod, if I see those sets are LEGENDARY, they'll stay out of the patch. If they are not Legendary, I can add them in a future update.

Thanks for introducing me to the set! :)
