Fixed several invisible furniture items. Made the trash on the second roof able to be scrapped. It was previously scrappable but had no collision. Adjusted navmesh to fix issue in one of the top offices. Settlers enter the room but have trouble leaving the back half of the small room. I will look for further fix. Recompacted for ESL and flagged as ESL.

Brief Description Allows you to clear out Greater Mass Blood Clinic (GMB) and make it a settlement. This settlement is a full settlement featuring the repair function as seen in tenhat's settlement mods. Features automatic corpse cleanup, rebuilt navmesh, regenerated previsibines, a custom settlement border,
Details Repairs There are two buildings that can be rebuilt. The Clinic itself and a small side building across the street. The machinery on the roof can be repaired into a functioning generator. Replaced the door frames with some that have door snaps from Snappy Housekit.
Previs was regenerated for the region. It is also highly scrappable allowing you to build in most of the space. The build area includes the clinic itself, the parking area in front of the door as well as to the side. I also included the road behind the clinic as part of the build area.
I will not be extending the settlement any further East or West as the boundaries are almost directly against the cell borders and going further West would shift into a new previs cluster. The whole settlement fits between two cells.
Compatibility This will conflict with any mods that modify the GMB or the areas around it. This means there may be some incompatibilities with mods that alter Fort Hagen primarily. Most likely it will be mostly previs issues but let me know. I will see if I can patch it or not.
I did some minor terrain editing primarily around the second building so that the terrain wouldn't clip through the floor.
