Version 1.0 of the mod had an incorrect INI file in the Data/PRKF folder. Please uninstall 1.0 (or the short-lived 1.0.1) and install 1.0.2 from the Files section.
Hi I really like the idea of this mod but for some reason the perks aren't showing up. I have all the requirements so I don't now what's going on? Does it not work on a current save?
Sorry I can't help more, but for what it's worth, this does work for me. I didn't try it mid-game, however, so I'd try a new game and see if that works.
It should work on an existing save if Hot Diggity Redux was already installed. I'm not sure it will work properly installing Hot Diggity Redux and this mod from scratch on an existing save.

From your download history it looks like you haven't installed Hot Diggity Redux, in which case this mod will definitely not work. Please double check you've installed the Redux version of Hot Diggity, not the original one. :)
I've definitely got the latest version of Hot Diggity Redux installed, all the new perks of that mod do indeed appear at the bottom and I have nothing else that would interfere with that mod, aka. another mod perk. Hot Diggity Redux is a mod I've been using for quite a long time.
